Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
- All TCG orders are typically processed and dispatched on the SAME Working Day before 3PM (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

All Tabletop Mini orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing time may extend to 10 business days. If that happens, we will notify you by email.
2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £70

For orders under £30, the standard UK shipping rate is [£3.50].

Estimated delivery time for standard UK shipping: 2–5 business days.
3. International Shipping

We ship Minis worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, dimensions, and destination country.

Estimated delivery times by region (these are approximate and depend on customs, local postal services, etc.):

Europe (excluding UK): 5–10 business days

North America: 7–15 business days

Australia / Asia / Oceania: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20+ business days

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use reputable carriers and postal services (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, UPS) depending on the destination and package size.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.
5. Multiple Packages

In certain cases (for example, large or bulky orders), items may be shipped in separate packages.

You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the combined weight / size of the package(s).
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

If your package arrives damaged, do not discard packaging or labels — take photos of the damage, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist you.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us at info@walkerarmoury.com and we will track it down and assist you.

Once we hand the parcel over to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs, force majeure, strikes, or postal service disruptions.
7. Address Issues & Returns to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if there is an error, contact us immediately.

If a package is returned to us (due to incorrect address, refused delivery, etc.), we may charge additional shipping to resend it.

If you decide you no longer want the item and it gets returned, you’ll be refunded for the product cost, minus original shipping and return postage costs.
8. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours after placing them. After that, we may already be processing or packing, and changes may not be possible.

9. Shipping Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changes will not retroactively affect orders that have already been placed.
